Craftom Platform Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or place an order from Craftom.app (the “Site”).
Site Visitor Information
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
Customer Registration Information
When you register for an account with us so you can create and/or use forms, we collect your username, password, and email address.
Customer Payment Information
If you make a payment to Craftom, Inc., we require that you provide your billing details, including name, address, email address, and financial order information corresponding to your selected method of payment (e.g. a credit card number and expiration date or a bank account number). If you provide a billing address, we will regard that as the location of the account holder. Our integrations with third-party payment gateways are for processing only. We don’t store or log any sensitive cardholder data provided by you.
Device Information
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
– “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select
“Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed. For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
– “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
– “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, email address, phone number and shipping address. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

What Personal Recipient Information do we capture to ship orders?
Craftom captures all shipping information through secure third-party data capture software, which is: protected 256 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection that uses a SHA256 Certificate; encrypted with high-grade RSA 2048; PCI DSS Service Provider Level 1 compliant; General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) complaint; California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) compliant; CAPTCHA protected; stored on cloud-based architecture with Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services (AWS) with multiple redundancies and continuous replications; accessed through Single Sign-On (SSO); protected by safeguards to detect common attacks, such as SQL injection and cross-site scripting; and tested regularly with PCI scans, Pen-tests, and a Bug Bounty program.
Shipping information collected by Craftom is strictly limited to the following:
Craftom captures Names, Phone Numbers and Shipping Addresses for the expressed purpose of shipping packages. Craftom will not utilize the customer information collected for any purpose other than shipping products to the recipients, nor will any information be shared with any third parties other than as expressly necessary for shipping the products.
Craftom’s personnel adhere to a strict confidentiality policy with respect to all internal and customer information.
Except as set forth herein, the Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, and Craftom makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee as to the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, truth, availability, accuracy, or completeness of the Platform. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION, CRAFTOM DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
How do we use Personal Recipient Information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including arranging for shipping and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you; and screen our orders for potential risk or fraud;
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Sharing Personal Recipient Information

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
YOUR RIGHTS
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
